After the consult phone call, the In-Person Intake Session starts the therapy process. Our office provides a safe and confidential space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. During the beginning of the session. we will go through the admin details and consent forms, then develop a customized treatment plan so that you feel empowered to take the first step towards healing.
